Mineral - The Power of Failing + EndSerenading
Say what you will of the tappity noodle antics of current gen emo, but none of it would be the same today without Austin, TX’s Mineral in the late 90s. A whole 25 years later, both of their albums have been reissued on cassette in very limited quantities.
These are collectors items! You won’t find these pups anywhere else!
Only 250 were made, once they’re gone, they’re gone and Sad Songs is the exclusive distributor.

Released in August 1998 after the band’s breakup, EndSerenading had a less abrasive, softer and yet just as powerful and introspective approach, a clear indicator of things to come. I’d play this in my car and yell the vocals to the dismay of other drivers giving me weird looks.
